Letter of recommendation from an employer, teacher, or professional member of the community (excluding family). This letter must include your connection to the applicant, your understanding of the impact this scholarship would have for the applicant and/or their family, indicate why you feel they would be a worthy recipient of this scholarship. (max 250 words). *
